Can I change a photo on a page inside the book?
Not individually — the pages inside are laid out automatically from the posts you have selected, so you choose what goes in rather than what sits where. What you can change directly are the pictures on the cover and on the Title page. To take a photo out of the inside of the book, untick its post in Edit content.
