Can I make a book from a Facebook Group or an Event?
No. Facebook does not let us read group or event content, so those cannot be printed — only content from your own timeline, an Instagram Professional account, a page you own, or Dropbox. If the photos matter to you, the workaround is to save them to your own account or to a Dropbox folder first, and build the book from there.
For a few photos, it is quicker to open your book and add them straight from your computer with Add content → Import photos.
