How much does my book cost?
The price is shown beside Add to cart and next to the page count, and it is specific to your book. It depends on how many pages the book has and which cover you choose, so there is no single price list — every book is different. The longer the book, the lower the cost per page. Options shows what the same book would cost with each cover. Shipping and any taxes are added at checkout.
