My cover photo is badly framed — how do I move or zoom it?
Click the cover picture to open the Photo Editor, then use CROP. Drag the picture to move it inside the frame, and use the zoom slider to make it larger or smaller. Press Apply when it looks right, or Reset All to start again.
What sits inside the frame is what gets printed. Anything outside it is cut off.
Leave a margin of breathing room. The edges of a printed page are trimmed, so anything sitting right against the side of the frame risks being shaved off. Keep faces and details that matter well inside the frame rather than close to its edges, and you will never be caught out.
If your cover uses several pictures, click each one and frame it separately. And remember that changing the Cover template resets the framing of every cover picture — choose your template first, then frame.
This applies to cover pictures. The photographs inside your book are placed and sized automatically and cannot be edited, cropped or filtered individually — to change what appears there, use Edit content.
