What does Create a copy do — will I be charged twice?
It makes a new, editable book with the same content and settings, and moves you into it. Making a copy costs nothing — only what you pay for at checkout is ever charged. Do check your basket before ordering, though: if both the original and the copy are in there, you would receive two books.
