What does Empty cache do?
Empty cache ignores everything already downloaded and fetches your posts from the social network again. It is the right tool when you have posted something since creating the book and it is not showing up. Two things to expect: it restarts the full calculation and takes several minutes, not a few seconds, and because a fresh fetch can bring back more than the previous one, your page count — and so your price — may change. That is normal; just check both before you order.
