What does Validate do — is it the same as saving?
Validate applies the choices you have just made in that window to your book, and you have to press it — closing the window with the cross or the Escape key discards them. Use it every time you finish in Choose Content or Edit content. It is not the same as ordering: Add to cart is what puts the finished book in your basket.
