Why are there tabs with months on them?
Your book is divided into chapters, one per month, and each tab is one chapter. It is how the book reads as a journal: a chapter opening, then that month's posts in order. You cannot change the chapter structure, but you can empty a month by unticking everything in it.
Where to find it: Tab strip at the top of Edit content, and the chapter tabs in Preview.
