Can I add, delete or reorder pages?
Not page by page. The page count follows from what is in the book, so you change it indirectly: untick posts in Edit content to make the book shorter, add albums in Choose Content or increase Picture Size to make it longer, or change the date range. Pages are never numbered objects you move around — they are rebuilt each time the content changes.
