Can I move photos around or change a page's layout?
No — the inside pages are laid out for you and cannot be rearranged by hand. That is the point of My Social Book: the layout is generated so your posts stay in order and the pages balance themselves. What you control is what goes in, through Choose Content and Edit content, how large the pictures print, through Picture Size, and the whole cover.
