I clicked Start over and lost my work
Start over clears all your settings and rebuilds the book from scratch, and there is no way back from it. The rebuilding is quicker than it sounds, because the content itself comes from your account rather than from anything that was lost: set your date range, check your categories in Choose Content, then redo your cover and titles. What you will have to do again is the fine work — the posts you had unticked and any photo framing.
