I picked the wrong date range — how do I undo it?

Set the dates back to what they were and the book is rebuilt as it was. The date range is not a destructive change — the content is re-read from your account each time, so nothing is thrown away permanently. What does not come back automatically is fine-tuning you did afterwards, such as posts you unticked in Edit content, so check those once the book has rebuilt.
