What is the window that opened when I pressed Add to cart?
That is Print options, the last step before your basket. Choose your cover — SOFTCOVER GLOSSY, HARDCOVER GLOSSY or HARDCOVER MATTE — each shown with the price for your book, and tick the PDF version if you want it. Then press Add to cart again to put the book in your basket, or Close to go back to editing.
