Why are some of my posts missing?

Updated Sep 9, 2026 1 min read 13 reads

Usually one of four reasons.

  1. The post falls outside the period your book covers — check Select the time period to be printed, and widen it as a test.
  2. Its content type is not selected in Choose Content. Most types are on by default, so this is worth a look if you have changed them.
  3. It was posted by someone else, or you were only tagged in it. We can only print content you posted yourself.
  4. It is recent and has not been imported yet — Empty cache fetches everything again.

If the post is inside your period, is your own, and still does not appear, that is not normal. Write to help@mysocialbook.com or through our contact form with a screenshot of the post on your account and we will look into it.

If a post you want is missing and you have the photos, Add content lets you put them in yourself — as imported photos, or as a written post with the photos attached.

Where to find it: Select the time period to be printed, Choose Content, Empty cache.
