Why can I only see some of the pages?
You can see all of it. The preview shows your complete book, cover to cover.
If pages are missing, they are still being made: the preview is built in batches, so the early chapters become readable while the later ones are still being produced. A chapter with a spinner beside it is not ready yet, and a long book takes a few minutes to finish. Leave it a moment and the rest appears.
