Very close. The preview shows the real layout, the real pages and the real cover.
One thing to know: your book is generated for printing after your payment goes through, so depending on the state of your account at that moment, small details of the layout can shift — a picture sitting slightly differently on a page, that kind of thing. The posts printed in your book will not change. What you saw in the preview is what the book contains.
The other honest caveat is colour: a screen is lit from behind, so images always look a little brighter there than they do in ink on paper.
