No — the editor does not flag low-resolution pictures, so it is worth checking yourself before you order. Open Preview and zoom into the pages: what looks soft on screen will look soft in print. If a picture matters and looks poor, either reduce Picture Size so it prints smaller, or untick that post in Edit content.
