My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?

If a discount shows on the website but disappears at checkout, it’s usually one of these:

  • The promotion expired (offers and codes have end dates).
  • Your browser is showing an old cached banner/price that’s no longer active.
  • The code is single-use (or already used) or has limitations.

What to try:

  1. Open checkout in a Private/Incognito window and try again.
  2. Remove and re-enter the code carefully.
