My tracking number shows no information — is my order lost?
A tracking number that returns nothing usually doesn't mean your parcel is lost — it means the carrier hasn't registered its first scan yet. Postal shipments in particular can travel for several days before any movement appears online. If you've received your shipping confirmation, your book has left our print facility.
Give it a little time and check again from our tracking page.
Total delivery estimates, counted from your order:
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- USA: 5–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–8 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–11 business days
If your estimated window has passed and tracking still shows nothing, email us at help@mysocialbook.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier to locate your parcel.
