Can you reprint a book I ordered previously?

In most cases, unfortunately not. Your PDF download link stays active for 1 month after you receive it, and we don't keep the PDF or the underlying data of past orders long-term. Once that window has passed, we're no longer able to reprint a previous book from our side.

The good news is that you don't need the old file. As long as the content is still available on your social account, you can simply create a new book covering the same date range, and it will rebuild with that same period.

If you'd like us to double-check whether your original PDF is still on file for any reason, just email us at help@mysocialbook.com and we'll take a look manually. And a small tip: it's always worth saving your PDF as soon as you receive it, so you keep your own copy.
